If you send an amount different from estimated:

• Within range: Exchange proceeds with adjusted output amount
• Too little (below minimum): Funds are held pending manual review. Contact support with your exchange ID
• Too much (above maximum): Excess is refunded to your source address (minus network fees)

Yes! After creating an exchange, you'll receive a unique Exchange ID. Click on it to open the status page where you can see:

• Current exchange status (waiting deposit, confirming, exchanging, sending, completed)
• Deposit address with QR code
• Transaction hashes with blockchain explorer links
• Amounts and addresses

Many tokens exist on multiple blockchains. For example, USDT exists on:

• Ethereum (ERC-20) - Higher fees, most supported
• Tron (TRC-20) - Low fees, fast
• BSC (BEP-20) - Low fees, fast
• Polygon - Very low fees, fast

CRITICAL: Always match the network of your destination address! Sending to wrong network = permanent loss of funds.

• Floating: Final amount matches market rate at the time of exchange (may vary slightly from estimate)
• Fixed: Rate is locked when creating exchange (not currently offered on Cygnus Swap)

Yes, limits vary by currency pair. When you enter an amount in the swap widget, it will show an error if outside the allowed range. Typical minimums range from $10-50 equivalent. Maximums can be $5,000-50,000 depending on liquidity.
